Greta Location, hot showers, size of room. Overall most staff friendly and helpful. Heaps of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Quieter side of Paris but very easy.

Although within the Paris city centre area, the location was peaceful, and a major train terminal was nearby. The room and facilities were decent, and the nice-looking breakfast room had good food varieties.

Great location- no fuss just what is needed at the end of a long day playing tourists. Brilliantly located near Gare De Lyon. Having breakfast included was an unexpected bonus. The lady who looked after us at breakfast was so lovely and patient with our broken French!

Very clean room, comfortable bed, cleaning the room and clean towels every day! Nice bathroom! The staff was veeeery freandly! The boys at the reception were very kind and they give us many hot spots of the near area(cafes, bars and restaurants). 24hours reception! They keep our luggages after ckeck out until leaving.

Clean, and was a good base to walk around paris and see the sights. The front desk spoke English, which was a relief for me as this trip was planned on short notice and I didn't have time to learn much French. There were nice restaurants close by, who all had staff that spoke english.

It exceeded my expectations because of the previous reviews I read!!! Lovely welcome, easy checking and check out, lovely room, very quiet, very efficient air con, super comfy beds , staff very friendly, what else can I say….great location as well!!

Clean, freshly decorated, small room but well organised. Comfortable bed, good shower in a reasonable sized bathroom. Friendly reception.

Location was great, closest metro Gare de Lyon very easy to get to all the main places of interest like Louvre etc Hotel was super clean and provided free tea and coffee. Staff made up the room every day which made it super comfy. Best part was meeting Abdessalam the receptionist who was super helpful in assisting to book a cab and even getting a receipt for us. His service was impeccable!

This is my second stay at the Bel Oranger. It is really easy to walk to Gare de Lyon and has comfy, clean rooms. The walk to Gare de Lyon takes you past an excellent Boulangerie on the corner and a Monoprix supermarket as well as other options if you're making a train journey and wanting supplies. The rooms are basic, clean and comfy. The hotel is on a side street so there is less traffic noise than some places nearby.

The location is ideal for transport: Metro, train and Batobus (just over the river). The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. air conditioning and a lift were important with temperatures of 30 degrees.
